Receive a new license

Hello,

 

I requested a license several times via the 'CREO for Students' platform, because I am a UTT student, but I never received it. I followed the same process last year and everything worked really well, but since my license expired I haven't been able to get a new one.

Can you help me ?

Try to use - "Education Case Logger": https://support.ptc.com/apps/cs_loggers/academic/log

Hi,

if license expires then you have to:

  • remove not invalid license file from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory
  • run reconfigure.exe from Parametric\bin directory
