I am looking to make a repetition of holes on a cylinder following a helix and points positioned on this helix. Knowing that each hole must be perpendicular to the central axis of the cylinder. Thank you for your help. Patrick

You have most of what you need in the model already.

 

At each point create a datum axis through the point and normal to the cylinder surface. You can then pattern the point/axis hole group.

 

See the enclosed Creo 7 model as an example.
