This obscure thing comes to mind from another recent thread:

1) your model has Pro/Program logic defined

2) The feature you are trying to resume has been manually suppressed when Pro/Program logic caused this feature to be added.

Then model state was changed which caused Pro/Program logic to not add this feature.

Now the feature shows up in the tree as a suppressed feature but it is not "controllable" by the user.

In this situation, you can only access the Resume function when specific conditions are met.

very hard to explain, but maybe you need to examine pro/program logic?  Then change the state to make the "ADD SUPPRESSED FEATURE" conditions true.  You should then be able to resume this feature.

Hi,

use Customize command to add missing command to context menu.
