Not really, just had my head down with other issues. We've used the
collectors in the rename tool to get some things done (start with a
top-level assembly and pull in related components and drawings). For
more mass changes we've used some API programming (with the help of a
consultant).
I haven't put in an enhancement request myself yet. It was also
something I was going to check out in WC 10. If it isn't there, I'd
suggest some enhancement requests.
