SUMMARY "Is it possible to show datum curve in one particular view only?"

Pro Gurus:

Thank you all whom has responded with pictures and power point showing the
process. For unknown reason, our WF3 build M150 doesn't seems to perform
and show exactly what has been shown in power point and as described.

Below in blue is the easiest explanation that I follow without success.

Here is what I did:
- In model mode, create a new layer_001 with datum curve in it. Hide the
new layer and save the status.
- In drawing mode, layer_001 showed up already hidden and the save status is
grayed out.
- From this point on, I am unable to get the process (use Active Layer
Object Selection tools, select the view...) to work per your instruction and
as shown per attached pictures or powerpoint file.

I notice that when I use the Active Layer Object Selection tool (Black Arrow
button under the Show button ), three projection views are highlighted in
cyan or light blue dashed line, isometric view highlight in white solid
line. Selecting one of the projection view and the following prompt shown
up in the message area:

"Showing view new_view_30, model spring.prt
Drawing view layer status is INDEPENDENT of the drawing's overall layer
status"

The drop down arrow shown that I have the Spring.drw along with its two
instances *.prt but no new_view_30. Unhide the Curve layer, Save Status,
Update current sheet will result datum curve shown in all the views again.

Am I missing something?
