Shaded view not exported. Image too large.

Anyone else seeing this message when trying to print a shaded image ona drawing? It doesn't happen all the time, but happens enough to be annoying. Complexity of the models ranges from very complex to basic. I've played with zooming in and out and plotting based on zoom and I can get it to print while zoomed out, but of course, the print is too small to be useful. I've tried toggling off textures, colors, transparency, etc. but they didn't seem to have any affect. Graphics drivers have been updated. I'm running without company configs. I'm plotting to a generic postscript file. Everything else shows up in the plot file, just not the shaded image.

PTC recommends using this tool to help diagnose issues being encountered
while running PTC software or as a part in determining what value there
is in updating to a particular Release or MOR.

Description

When attempting to export a drawing to PDF, Pro/ENGINEER is skipping
shaded images and reporting the error: "Shaded view not exported - Image
too large."

For what it is worth, it turns out that I had some surface finishes floating way off of the model. After I placed those on a hidden layer, I was able to create the PDF.
