Sketch dimension from point to circle

Hello members, how can I give dimension from Circle boundary to point? Its snapping to circle center point. See attached image. Thanks.

Create a construction point on the circle's boundary, then dimension to it:

[kdirth]

Another option would be to create a construction line from the point to the circle adding a Point on Entity constraint between the line and the center point then dimension the line.
