Sketch dimensions not visible (Creo 7.0)

I have the student edition of Creo 7 and the sketch dimensions are not visible. Is there a way to toggle them on?

Seems "Dimension Display" is off. Commercial edition is as below, you may need to search "Dimension Display" using search command.
