Very nice!

Hi David,
As I read the earlier reply (so I understood what you really wanted) I
fired up ProE to have a go only to see this later post with an answer
method. And yep that is exactly what I was going to try. That point as
one side of a boundary blend is often overlooked. In old versions of ProE
it could be a little flakey but it has been a long time since that was a
problem. I am not sure if the intermediate step of trimming the surface
from the spoon edge before extending it is required; I would have tried it
without that step first with the expectation that the extended end would
look raggety but that the final trim at the projection surface would have
fixed that up.

Anyhow great to still get serious questions on this exploder and good
answers in return.

Makes me realise that the Mechanical Design Forum on LinkedIn is
unprofessional by comparison and also reminds me that I do not really look
at the web based forums such as the PTC/User Creo Parametric (Pro/Engineer
CAD) as that takes active engagement not just a look at the subject lines
of a sub folder in my email. I guess dinosaurs no longer rule the earth.
Note to self; Look at forum from time to time.
