Apparently no one has a work around for the issue. Responses were:
Live with it?
Skirt the issue (why go that deep).
One FLAME (I am un-realistic poor CAD Designer and irresponsible for wasting yours and Mr. PCT's time on this).
PTC will look into this and get back to me in some future undetermined time period.
