Summary - Curve display in a drawing Layers or other method.

Wow thanks for all the good suggestions and answers. After 20 years you
would think I would know how to use this program but still I keep learning.

Here is what worked for me. And my thoughts on the subject.

Layers :

I did not know you can define layers for drawing views independently. This
worked perfectly.

While in drawing mode.

From the layer tree window pick the black arrow selector then mouse over the
view edge. You will see it highlight and in the status line it will tell
you it is the view then click it. Now next to the black selector arrow you
will see the view name. Left click in the layer tree and add a layer,
(this layer is only being added to the view on the drawing.) You can change
the layer name at this point and then click into the selection portion of
the layer properties window. Mouse over and select the features or
components you would like to add to this layer and add them. Next you just
treat this like any other layer hide/unhide. Worked perfect.

Thanks all.
