It was the part accuracy. The part had accidentally been started with our mm start part and later the units were switched by keeping the same values rather than scaling.Changed the accuracy to 0.0001" and that fixed it.Thanks to Gary for the answer.--This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team.
