Thanks for your replies.
Matt and Eric had the answer. I could have used Table>Repeat
Region>Switch Symbols. It also worked when I placed the repeat region in
the format rather than directly on the drawing (for some reason).
I would also like to thank Richard... he was right; my table was missing
some furniture and accessories.
