* Dashboard position: Short answer; it can't be done but an
enhancement request was placed with PTC.
* System color scheme: Save the colors as you like them. Add the
line system_colors_file and point to the newly saved file.
* Drawing mode icons: No answers yet.
* Customize screen in drawing mode: No (positive) answers yet.
