Symbol Font DTL Option does not apply to dimensions only to text notes

Why does the Symbol Font Option set to Legacy only apply to text notes and not the dimensions?  I'm having an issue with Ø and º dropping down below the text when I am printing from Creo Parametric drawings. This does not happen when I save the drawing to a pdf. It would be nice to stop wasting time trying to get this to work like it suppose to work!

Hi,

symbol_font legacy option must be set in both the model and the drawing.

Model
File > Prepare > Model Properties > Detail Options > change

Drawing
File > Prepare > Drawing Properties > Detail Options > change
