Table repeat regions, comments, and text style [summary]

A call to PTC helped find a somewhat efficient workaround. You have to
set the "default text style" to "default" each time to create a table.
You can modify the default text style using the "text style gallery"
menu option. These items are separate than the default options in your
.dtl files.

To make this process more efficient, I created a mapkey to complete the
following steps:

1. Open table from file
2. Set my default text style optiosn
3. Apply default text style
