There is a ton of helpful info in these articles and sometimes examples to help you get started. If you need more help, there are tons of videos on YouTube about Creo and customizing BOM balloons. Those resources should help you narrow in on the question you want to ask here. I would imagine there is something specific you want to do with balloons.

Is there any way to put a serial number in front of the Annotation in Toolkit, like the picture below?
