To create complex coil as image attached.

HOW TO CREATE A COMPLEX COIL IN PRO ENGINEER WILDFIRE 5.0. BY USING HELICAL SWEEP, WE CAN CREATE A SIMPLE COIL. CAN WE CREATE A ANOTHER COIL ON FIRST COIL.?

You will have to create a curve normal to the surface where your coil ended. If you want to make a complex coil following a curve you will first need to make a variable section sweep, then you can make a sweep blend after that. I have attached a picture of a bent coil. Is this what you are trying to do?
