Tolerances Grayed Out in Creo 8.0 Part Mode

In Creo 8.0 part mode, when attempting to go into a dimension to add a tolerance, the entire tolerance section is grayed out.  Is there a setting that needs to be changed to enable it?  Did not have this issue occur in Creo 6.0.

Hi,

you have to set TOL_DISPLAY  YES option in config.pro file
