Unit Sensitivity - Force On or Off?

I am trying to ensure models have their Unit Sensitivity turned ON.  I can toggle it with a mapkey but is there a way to ensure that it is set on (or off) for a part?

There is a config option related to this.

relations_units_sensitive
yes * , no
Checks for units when solving relations.
yes - Takes units into account. If units are missing, a warning appears.
no - Ignores units.

You could also configure your start parts to have this set so unless a user overrides the setting it should be active.

Thanks,

I have it set in the start parts but I have years of legacy parts with unknown sensitivity.
