Using Pro/E for simple schematics?

Using Pro/E for simple schematics?

How are people doing simple electrical controls, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic schematics in the PTCworld?
Not looking to do anything "deep" like driving Pro/E solids via RSD+Piping/Cabling setup at this time.

May be looking for 2 different "tiers" of solution...:
1.) Document some simplenapkin-sketch controls designs. AutoCAD-like functionality required tothrow some symbols on Pro/E drawing and connect the dots in 2D to simply "document" a design. Any 2D symbol libraries out there or anyone willing to share? Anyone doing this happily today?
2.) Designing simple routed systems. If not going into the 3D realm, is there any benefit to using RSD to generate schematics? Any good alternatives for non-EE users looking to do simple system designs rather than complex PCB's? Something complete with controls, pneumatics, hydraulics "smarts"?

Single tool would be great, butnot required. Easy, inexpensiveand compatibility with Pro/E (2D)for long-term design maintenance is most important.

How extensive are the RSDlibraries for each: electronic controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics?
Does anyone have Pro/ENGINEER 2D symbols they're willing to share for any of these 3 applications?
Do RSD symbol libraries go into .drw or strictly for use in RSD?

Thanks!
