Hello,I can't create skeleton in a assembly, the option is blocked, it's just a parameter to check or maybe i have wrong licence ? Thanks

Primarily it is due to license, try reconfigure Creo and Move license from available license to license to run by clicking on configure. If you have license, it will work on adding the license to session.

I think you need AAX license (Advanced Assembly eXtension). It can be included in Creo license -OR- it can be attached as separated license module.
