Is there a solution out there to View or Import Solidworks 2016 drawings in Creo Parametric 4/5/6 or Creo View without having Solidworks or eDrawings?
Is there a plan for Creo view or Creo Parametric to read Solidworks drawings? Any suggestion?

Not as of now... You may use alternate formats dxf....dwg etc..
