Because we are an FDA regulated company changes to drawings need to be extremely documented. For the most part users here are doing the redlines manually.
I'm looking for alternatives and have recently looked at Agile "AutoVue", Myriad Markup, Adobe Acrobat Pro, even considered inserting a raster image of the ProE drawing into AutoCAD to use its sketcher tools to redline the drawing.
Question is has anyone used one of the Wacom Bamboo Tablets to create redline drawings? Technically it's still manually created with the end result being electronic. Also I think it would also allow you to modify your redline whereas once that red ink is on a piece of paper its not coming off.
