Hi,
we have the following problem: we will be migrating from CoCreate Modeling to Pro/Engineer, and we have thousands of legacy sheetmetal parts that we want to convert to Pro/E. These legacy parts always havecompany specific bend allowances, but will often even havebend specific allowances, too (that is, non-standard allowances). I made a whole bunch of bend tables for Pro/E that match the tables we use in CoCreate Modeling.
Now, I noticed thata Flange Wallfeature doesn't allow the choice of a specific bend table, except when the bend is an Arc (it says "Developed Length for Arc" above the bend table selector). This is different fromthe Create Bend and Flat Wallfeatures, where I can specify a specific bend table.
Am I right?? Or am I overlooking something?? I made a test part with all 3 bend types, and the Bend and Wall have the correct allowance, but the Flange has a wrong allowance.
To make the question more "visible", I attached a screenshot of the Dashboard part that confuses me.
Thanks,
regards,
Jaap
