What happened to the old composite datum curve?

This was an extremely handy feature, which seems to have disappeared with the "enhancement" of WF. Also, why could I use a swept blend to run the entire length of my curve trajectory, and now it makes me split it into segments? Even the VSS won't take the entire cure. I have a demo I did in an older version and it works great. Why do so many perfectly functional features no longer work at all?

All, to create a composit curve. Select the edges, copy and paste. This will then bring up the dash board with all of the options. The same process to copy surfaces. The sweep problem is just the way you are selecting your edges, I assume that you are using the control key. Check out the selection area of the Quick Ref. Card. Hope this help, as I am making some assumtions. Wes
