Why is Max principle stress as WCS in analysis plot instead of Psi?

Hi,

I am just wondering why when i do a static analysis for max principle stress the Y-axis is in WCS instead of Psi.

WCS usually means World Coordinate System... not a unit of stress!  If your model units are set to lbf and inches then your stress should automatically be in psi.
