Why weld is blue?

Hello,

My default color of welding is orange, but in this case weld appears blue.

What does it means?

In picture i used a "Butt weld", side 1 chain and side 2 surface.

Blue usually indicates a surface instead of a solid.

weld is created as Surface feature. "Blue" color is default color of surface features. I hope you can assign any color to weld surfaces.

Why Creo use surface and not solid welding?

It's just because it can't connect the two sides with a solid feature or maybe is mine setting?

it looks like weld is always created as a surface. See welding in pro e wildfire 5.
