We are currently running Intralink 3.4 on a Solaris server supporting 50 users. As part of our migration plans to Intralink 9.1 (Windchill) we are looking at moving to Windows servers. One of my biggest concerts is running Oracle on a Windows server. I would like to know who has done this and would they do it again if they had the chance to change.

We ran Intralink 3.4 with Oracle on a Windows server for years and have now migrated to PDMLink 9.1 (Windchill) with Oracle on a new server. We are running Server 2008 currently. I can't say whether it's been a 'concert', but it hasn't been a concern. I don't have any experience with Solaris, though, so I can't compare.
