box around text

I know the @[text@] trick to create a box around text, but what other
shapes can be done? I need to simulate the inspection dimension box. I
think someone posted the other options awhile back, but for the life of
me cannot find the message.

Please forgive my laziness; I've used this so seldom, that I have to re-orient myself every time. 30 minutes of searching PTC's database did not turn it up.
