can any one tell how to unbend the blended sheetmetal

dear all,

please any one tell how to unbend the attached sheetmetal part. pls.......

Hi Thiru...

First, you'll need to create a rip down one of the seams of your blend to "open-up" the geometry. Second, it helps to have either rounds or edge bends down the 4 "corners" of your part to help the geometry unbend. Finally, you'll likely have some crazy non-ruled surfaces to deal with (which is what S.Iyers' video link deals with).

If you have a part, please upload it so other users can take a crack at unbending it. Also... which version of Pro/ENGINEER or Creo are you using?

Dear Brian Martin,

I have attached the part file of the component which I gave earlier as jpg. I am currently using pro E wildfire 5.0. so iyer's video didnot help me.
