creo 7 weld wizard issue

I am trying to create an intermittant weld between these 2 parts. My weld will not create and no errors are popping up. What is the issue?

If my understanding is correct, you are trying to perform a Flared Bevel Weld in Pro/WELDING Environment.

If you confirm, I suggest to have a look at the movie proposed in article 254988.
