I am using Creo Parametric Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.4.0creo exits with creation of traceback.log-file

to analyze traceback.log you have to contact PTC Support.
Please specify your problem in detail. Is the problem reproducible ?
It could also be related to that specific data. As @MartinHanak mentioned, try and see if you can reproduce it. The std.out and std.err are also useful in diagnosing the issue (found in the current working directory)
