What is the best file type to export on solid works to import on Creo?
I have solidworks 2016 and 2017 and Creo 3.

Hi,
you can open Solidworks 2016 part/assemblies directly in CR3 M100+. That's all I know, now.

There are lot of articles from Technical Support about your request.
Take a look at this, for example, https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS134024
