Hi,

I can check your drawing if you upload it along with the model.

Is the tolerances showing wrong in the model also?

If so, also check the model detail properties for that same option display_tol_by_1000 YES

In the model (not drawing), FILE - PREPARE - MODEL PROPERTIES - DETAIL OPTIONS CHANGE  and look for the option there also.

I can't open you files but IF this is only on your computer and not on another computer, it is likely a config.pro option

I found a config.pro option with the same name.

display_tol_by_1000

You need to check ALL config files You do this by going to FILE - OPTIONS - CONFIGURATION EDITOR and then select either CURRENT SESSION or ALL OPTIONS.

if you see the option set to yes, you will need to look at each config.pro or config.sup (also shown in that same drop down list) and change that one to NO

but it will going to help in current session only right?

once the creo is restarted, it will show the same problem again.

Hi,

I hope you understand that you have to open config.pro in Notepad and change display_tol_by_1000 value to NO

After finishing this actions Creo will show expected tolerance value.

If that is the problem, you can change that setting and save your config.pro.

Ideally you will change it in the file it is incorrectly set. If you don't have write access to that specific config.pro, you should get help from your admin.

Worst case, you can set the option in your local config.pro and save that one. It is the last one to load.

Hi,

when i restarted creo again and opened again the drawing and checked the display_tol_by_1000 value was set to yes.

as soon as i set it to NO the tolerence value came back to normal 😯

thanks guys. really appreciate it.
