Fatal error encountered.A trackback had been written to C:\Users\Public\Documents\traceback.log please send it to Technical Support
You will need to open a case with PTC Tech Support as they are the only ones who can debug a traceback file.
The Community can help with some issues but not crashes that generate traceback files.
To set the expectations properly PTC Technical Support can analyze the traceback file indeed like suggested by the error message and @BenLoosli.
To analyze means that we run a database of crash occurrences from way way back, our system compares the crash signature (the file) against that database and what we offer is the ability to tell whether the issue happened in the past before and whether a fix has been / is being delivered. If the answer is positive then this means that some release offers the fix to the crash.
This system has been developed by Tech Support in collaboration with R&D to offer you a mean and drop a quick answer. This is the kind of analysis.
Now if you feel like going in the guts of the traceback file here is the findings gathered to decypher the syntax: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs232360
