non-metallic conduit in Cabling & RSD

Greetings all!

Many Automotive OEMs are using non-metallic conduit and fittings for their electric harnesses thereby completely enclosing the harness. We are investingating this design practice and have a number of questions/concerns for modeling using Pro/CABLING and RSD. Our harness supplier would be manufacturing the complete harness including the conduit. We would document the harness assembly with a model/drawing. The conduit, although more like piping, presents the documentation chalIenge. Is it considered a Loom or a Bundle? The conduit's diameter and bend radius is fixed. Additionally, the breakout fittings seem like they need to be a component in the harness assembly?I wanted to poll the User community for any insight into this design practice. Is anyone already modeling non-metallic conduit into their harnesses and if so can you share your techniques?

Thanks in advance!

Jim
