revolving a section around a 3D curve

Does anyone have a way to vary the angle dimension shown below so that the section revolves around the 3D trajectory curve as it sweeps along the length of the curve? Possible a trajpar relation, though I am not sure how to write it?

Thanks in advance

Many thanks to all those who replied.

sdx=trajpar*360*turns.
sdx = symbol of the angular dim
turns = number of turns

Thanks again,
