Goodmorning everyone,
I have to create a sheetmetal table in which the parameter K varies with the thickness variation.
Below the thicknesses, the internal radius and the K factor:
sp. |
R int. |
K |
08/10 |
0,8 |
0,27 |
10/10 |
0,8 |
0,22 |
12/10 |
0,8 |
0,18 |
15/10 |
0,8 |
0,15 |
20/10 |
0,8 |
0,115 |
30/10 |
0,8 |
0,07 |
How can I do?
Thank you,
Matteo.
I realize this is an old topic, but since there hasn't been any answer: What you're looking for is the Bend Tables. You can find them by going to File -> Prepare -> Model Properties -> Bend Allowance -> Change, then click on "Part Bend Allowance Tables ...". Creo provides three tables to get you started. You can copy any of those and edit it to make your own. However, you need to provide the developed length, rather than the K factor, so you'll have to do some calculation to get the proper value to put into your Bend Table.
Hope that helps.
