Please let me know how to strikout the note as shown in attached pic.
currently we are writing the text and then drawing line above it.
please let me know is it possible to directly strikeout the note in creo.
As far as I know, there is no strikethrough control on fonts in Creo.
You could add a true type font to the FONT folder that all characters have the strikethrough. You would have the change the font of the notes needing strikethrough to this font. I would expect this is about the same amount of work as sketching a line through a not but a font change could be automated with a mapkey.

To my knowledge as well there is no strikethrough font in Creo. We have been using the same method as you described.
Is Creo still worse than a drafting board on this issue, or does anyone know if they've updated to 1990s technology yet?
No updates for strike trough, Still have to use strikethrough font like @StephenW mentioned above.
