sweep through concave round

I am trying to sweep a surface over a trajectory that has concave round edges. The problem is that it creates body that is overlapping. I need a single smooth body. Any ideas?

Not enough information provided to respond in detail. Add much more detail about what you are doing and/or post the model so someone can review the features.

If I had to guess I would say that your sweep section is a problem because the sweep trajectory has a radius that is too small for the sweep.

The "height" of the section from the sweep curve in the direction of the radius must be less than the radius of the sweep curve or you will get this kind of result.

The other option is to cut out the area with issues and build the transition yourself.  The cross section of the transition will vary from your original section.
