I am using Creo Parametric - Release 6.0 (connected) Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.3.0

Hello,
i have a one question. We have a customer Stakotra Manufacturing (customer number: 134130) and they have a problem with assemblies with fatal error. When he open the main assembly, then he open part, he check the mass properties in the model, doesnt change anything. Then he close the part and see main assemby, Creo regenerate assembly and then Creo fall down. I have a traceback.log (in attachement). Do you can check the file? I am was try relative and absolut accuracy, mass_properties_calculate as automatic or by request, but the reasult was the same.
Thank you

Here are the errors that I faced

Your customer experiences crashes when the session returns to the top assembly and Creo leaves a tracebak.log file.

To help and decipher a little the log, you can refer to this article : https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs232360

If you confirm this is model related (does the issue happen on all workstation?), you can randomly try the dtl option: update_solid all. It is documented here: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs31562

Now if you need PTC to perform an analysis of the log, you will need to create a Support Case with your PTC account (you can file it on behalf of your customer); https://support.ptc.com/apps/case_logger_viewer/cs/auth/ssl/log
