why are blue lines showing on mirrored part

I mirrored a part and the mirrored part is showing blue lines, I'm not why or how to get rid of them.

blue lines.PNG Here it is. These lines are showing up whenever I mirror copy any parts.

Thanks, for your help in advanced.

Looks like sketch features that were used to create the original part. You might try ruled layers to see if you can get those on them and hide the layers.

Yes, I believe they are, but wasn't sure how to keep them from showing. I will try your suggestion though. thanks.

No such luck. I click on the layers, and the layers properties is greyed out.

Hi,

I hope you can create test part and upload it using How to Attach a File to a Discussion Reply procedure. Community will be able to download file and investigate its behavior.

Hi,

Current situation ... curves are visible

pic1_curves_visible.png

Solution 1 ... hide Merge feature

pic2_Merge_hidden_curves_hidden.png

Solution 2 ... edit layer definition, set Curve filter and select individual curves, then hide layer

I just hid the mirrored part feature and it removed them.

Try the following rule. This selected the curves for an external sketch for me.

Layer properties only work if a layer is selected. I don't recall 'properties' applying to 'layers'

Perhaps you need to create at least one layer and select it.
