Creo 1.0 process hanging around after exit

I'm running Creo 1.0-m020.
After exiting, I tried deleting the trail file, it will not delete because:
[cid:image001.jpg@01CCDB3F.7C626EB0]

Looking in the task manager I see this process still running
Creoagent.exe *32

Killing the process tree allows me to delete the trail file.

Running Windows 7 64bit

Anyone else see this behavior?

I got a call from PTC. This is a known issue and will be resolved in the m030 release. That's currently scheduled for the week of feb 20th. Which incidentally, is when MathCAD Prime 2.0 will be released. (feb 23rd)
