I figured it out with the help of several responses. It does work in WF 2 and WF 4 with the right true type font. I downloaded the free 128 and Darrin Hiebert sent me the fre3of9.ttf. I am having trouble getting a printer that is accurate enough to print the 128 since it is condensed. I also had to make the barcode at least 10 - 15 mm high. The line weights may also be an issue.
