meshing issue of 2D Plane

The following meshing of a 2D plane wanted.

But I get the following meshing. The points marked are inserted automatically by software.

AutoGEM Control "Edge Distribution"used to control .

Any one have any idea how to improve it?

Are you having convergence problems? What is the reason for needing this particular mesh? In any case, you are on the right track with AutoGEM control's. Another strategy is to create one or several surface regions. This forces AutoGEM to create element edges along the edges of the surface region.

The new points are PTC's typical endpoints on all circles. We've had myriad discussion on the purpose for these, but suffice it t say that in Creo, these are valid vertices for connectivity.
