CAD modules not appearing in designated location when they are individually opened from WindChill.

I am working on a specific module which is a part of an bigger assembly. 

I simply don't want to waste the time and open the entire assembly every time. So I'm trying to select the only impacted CAD modules and work on them in CreoView.
When I open these individual CAD modules in CreoView, the CAD modules are not getting mated together at their designated locations like they would when I open the bigger assembly, but instead they are appearing at distant places from each other as if they have their own co-ordinate system.
It is not taking/remembering the distances it was assembled in the bigger assembly.

When I open from WindChill, I just type in the CAD module number and search them and open a new session in CreoView. I then open the neighboring CAD module (which gets mated to the previous one) from WindChill and when I add them to the session in which our previous CAD module is present, it doesn't get mated at all. 

Im only using CreoView and want to understand how I can get them mated together as they would in the bigger assembly, but since it takes a lot of time to open the bigger assembly, i'm just opening only the affected ones, but they are not mating. I can physically try to mate them using the 'Assemble option' but it would be very difficult and can cause lot of mistakes because I may have not seen it in the bigger assembly, and may affect other stakeholders about my feedback.

If anyone has any solution to such a problem it would be so helpful to me.

In order to receive meaningful responses from other community members, could you please provide more details and context regarding your inquiry? Specifically:

1. Are the CAD modules published with assembly constraints in Windchill?
2. Have you checked if the modules have a common coordinate system or reference datum?
3. Does the issue occur with all assemblies or only specific ones?
4. Are you looking for JLink to automate this check? If so, what specific output or data would you like it to provide?
5. Have you explored any existing JLink functions or APIs that might help with bend detection?
6. How are you currently determining whether a sheet metal part has bends? Are there specific parameters or checks you use manually?

This will enhance the likelihood of receiving valuable assistance from other Community members.

There are two possible options - 

1. From Top assembly load only desired content:

- Open Creo View

- Navigate to File --> Options, which will launch Creo View Settings dialog box. 

- Navigate further to General --> Loading and change "Load Creo View data as " to "No Autoload" from drop down. 

- Now click Apply & Ok, close Creo VIew Session. 

- Now go to windchill & open your Top most assembly. This shall just load structure and no geometry will be displayed. 

- Now in top assembly context, load the models that you desire to work on. 

- Quick Tip: If you frequently work on certain modules, then activate them in view and save current view as Annotation Set. Now from then onwards you can open annotation set directly from Windchill. (make sure you mark annotation set as carry forward so that it is available with all versions of assembly). 

2. Alternatively, you can navigate to CAD Structure in windchill or Part Structure (based on which BoM you are operating on), Filter the structure to required assemblies (use path filters) and then open this filtered structure with RMB TOp Assembly --> Open In --> Open Structure in Creo View.
