I saw some older posts, but nothing recent. Is there a way to convert .c3di or .pvz files to a more neutral format such as the FBX filetype?
Has PTC recognized this gap and is it on their roadmap?

Hi VladimirN,
I appreciate the response, but these answers are a bit outdated, hence me asking if there have been any changes or upcoming changes to the potential for converting an animation or figure to a more neutral file format directly from Creo Illustrate.
It looks like there is only one option for performing this and that is with a third-party application, which is disappointing to hear.
Currently adding FBX export is not on the roadmap.
I would suggest voting on the existing idea Creo Illustrate FBX animation keyframe export for ... - PTC Community as we do take votes into account when looking at future enhancements.
Thanks Agarland. Just upvoted.
