Creo Harness install

Hello,

I have few harness installs that are needed to be converted into either .obj or .stl files. It is not convertible directly. IS there a alternative way to do those. Please help. As i need those to be worked on in a 3D software Blender. Which accepts either of those two file extensions as inputs
