Hi All,
is it possible to show in an animation the turn of a part from phantom state to normal state?
I cannot figure out how to do that...
Thanks a lot in advance for your help,
Kind Regards,
Jérôme
Jerome,
No this is not possible. 'Phantom' is not a render mode but more like a state, and this does not animate. Normal part transparency *does* animate.

Hi Tim,
Thanks for your answer.
So I will try to play with transparency...
By the way, I will personnally find helpful to inlcude this in an animation.
Phantom rendering is a wonderful and easy way to emphasize other parts during animation and to make a fluent and global one, we could choose to turn some just assembled part to phantom, and then continue with the next step.
That's just an idea...
Thanks again for your feedback.
Jérôme
Thanks Jerome.
We'll consider this for a future release.

You can make your idea for Creo Illustrate here (in "Creo Ideas"): http://communities.ptc.com/community/creo?view=idea
